Neo Polisophos, recognizing an urgent need to expand at least a small part of its territory, because of other countries' current gigantic expansions, declares its need to annex Uruguay, not only for the purposes mentioned above, but also because of the influence of Neopolitics over Uruguay. Uruguay has been a part of Brazil a long time ago, and now, with the great revolution spreading through the Southern States of what was known as Brazil, Uruguay is urging for a Neo Polisophian intervention. This declaration of war is purely against the rebels present in Uruguay, and Neo Polisophos will make it sure that no civilian is hurt.
